Louisa Moreton

Louisa leads the Global Transformation and Change Practice for Finsbury Glover Hering, which includes teams in the UK, central Europe, the US and across the Middle East and Asia. She has specialized in transformation, engagement and narrative development for 20 years, bringing together rational and the emotional to effect lasting change and build strong businesses from the inside out.​

Louisa works on projects ranging from strategy launches and transformation programmes to culture change and strengthening communications teams and strategies. She has worked in almost every sector, including pharma, telecomms, engineering, financial services and retail. She specialises in developing authentic and meaningful change narratives and equipping leaders, managers and peer influencers to co-create the approach and lead the change.​ Louisa acts as counsel to leaders driving change, advising a principles-based approach, which enables others to help drive the change effectively and ensures consistency of message without the need for cumbersome micro-management.

Louisa previously led the employee engagement practices at Instinctif and MSLGROUP and also spent three years leading change and engagement programmes for the UK Government. Louisa holds a 1st Class MA Hons in French from the University of Edinburgh, has been recognised in PR Week’s Powerbook and is a regular speaker on change and engagement.
